For the Watermelon Fries

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon, sliced into fry-sized sticks

For the Coconut Lime Dip

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (chilled)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice Watermelon: Cut watermelon into 3–4 inch long, fry-sized sticks. Chill until ready to serve.

  • Make Dip: In a bowl, whisk chilled coconut cream, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup (or honey), and a pinch of salt until smooth.

 

  • Serve: Plate the watermelon fries and serve with the coconut lime dip on the side. Garnish with extra lime zest if desired.

Notes

  • For best results, use well-chilled coconut cream from the top of a refrigerated can.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup/honey.

  • Can be made 1 day ahead and stored in the fridge.
