For the Watermelon Fries
1 medium seedless watermelon, sliced into fry-sized sticks
For the Coconut Lime Dip
1/2 cup coconut cream (chilled)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
