Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), plus extra for topping

  • Lime slices and zest (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (optional if baking crust).

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8 minutes or chill for 1 hour if no-bake version. Let cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, and zest; mix until creamy.

  4. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.

  5. Pour filling into cooled crust. Smooth top and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping, lime zest, and slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, bake for 8 minutes; for a true no-bake pie, simply chill it.

  • Use bottled key lime juice for convenience or fresh key limes for authentic flavor.

  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
