Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ground beef or sausage
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, sauté ground meat with garlic and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, cooked meat, and seasonings.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
