  • 4 large boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
