Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • Diced tomatoes

  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce in a large bowl.
  • In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Add the remaining spaghetti mixture, and top with more cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
