  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to tas

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned on both sides and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream to make the gravy.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and gravy thickens.
