Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Remove sausage and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in uncooked rice, cooking for 2-3 minutes to lightly toast.
  • Pour in chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
  • Add sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine. Serve warm.
