4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish; pour the marinade over them.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2–4 hours.
