  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Butter or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly butter one side of a tortilla.
  • Place the tortilla in the skillet, butter-side down.
  • Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing over the top of the tortilla.
  • Layer with shredded Swiss cheese, corned beef slices, and sauerkraut.
  • Top with another tortilla and press gently.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese melts.
  • Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
