  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Patties: Season ground beef with salt and pepper, shape into patties, and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Caramelize Onions: In the same skillet, cook onions over low heat with a bit of butter until caramelized.
  • Secret Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
