  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
