Ingredients
Ground beef
Breadcrumbs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
On a sheet of parchment paper, spread the meat mixture into a flat rectangle.
Lay mozzarella cheese in the center of the rectangle.
Carefully roll the meat mixture around the cheese to form a loaf, sealing the edges.
