Mozzarella Stuffed Meatloaf is the ultimate comfort food! This recipe features a flavorful, tender meatloaf stuffed with melty mozzarella cheese, making it a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese (block or shredded)
  • Ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper, spread the meat mixture into a flat rectangle.
  • Lay mozzarella cheese in the center of the rectangle.
  • Carefully roll the meat mixture around the cheese to form a loaf, sealing the edges.
  • Transfer the meatloaf to a greased baking dish.
  • Spread ketchup on top of the loaf.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
