  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
