These Italian sliders are the perfect bite-sized treat for gatherings or game day! Made with layers of deli meats, melty cheese, and a savory Italian dressing, these sliders are quick to prepare and bursting with classic Italian flavors.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls or similar)
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of pepperoni
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms intact. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese over the rolls. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back over the layers.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Drizzle Italian dressing over the sliders. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Customize the fillings with your favorite deli meats and cheeses.
  • For extra crunch, add a layer of banana peppers or pickles.
  • These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
