  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¾ cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread beef mixture evenly into the greased pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the beef mixture.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
