1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
