Ingredients

  • 4 cups water

  • 4 tablespoons Thai tea mix (such as Pantai or ChaTraMue)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or whole milk

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and remove from heat.

  2. Add Thai tea mix and let steep for 5 minutes.

  3. Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.

  4. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Let it cool.

  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour the tea over ice until 3/4 full.

  6. Top with sweetened condensed milk and a splash of evaporated milk.

  7. Serve immediately and stir before drinking.
