  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups broth (chicken or beef)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to the crockpot.
  • Place the meat at the bottom and season with salt, pepper, and seasonings.
