  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans)
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced (optional)
  • Sour cream and green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place a hot dog inside each tortilla and roll it up. Arrange them seam-side down in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pour the chili evenly over the rolled hot dogs.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili.
  • Add diced onions on top (optional).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions, if desired.
