  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzle
  • Mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Press cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan to create a base layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture on top of the cookie dough layer. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie base and freeze until firm.
  • Spread chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and freeze again.
