  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and oil, mix well.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the batter.
