  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: crispy bacon bits for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
