1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper (optional)

In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
