  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer corn tortillas, beef mixture, cheese, and enchilada sauce. Repeat layers.
