  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate beef slices in 1 tbsp soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Stir-fry the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return beef to the skillet. Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
