Ingredients
Scale
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 cup spinach (optional)
Instructions
Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens.
Return beef to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
Stir in mushrooms and spinach if using. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Substitute chicken or shrimp for beef if preferred.
Use store-bought Alfredo sauce for a quicker version.
