  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

  • 1 cup spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Return beef to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
  • Stir in mushrooms and spinach if using. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
