  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.

  4. Pour the butter-garlic mixture evenly over the shrimp.

  5. Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs evenly over the shrimp.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the breadcrumbs are golden.
