These Air Fryer Pizza Bombs are stuffed with gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in golden, crispy dough. A perfect snack, appetizer, or quick meal that’s ready in minutes using your air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, and a few mini pepperoni slices to the center of each dough circle.
  • Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Place pizza bombs in the air fryer basket, seam side down, leaving space between each.
  • Air fry for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Use crescent roll dough for a flakier texture.
  • Add cooked sausage or veggies for variety.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
