  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 sandwich buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
