1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
6 sandwich buns
6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
Add diced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until softened.
Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water and add to the skillet; stir until thickened.
